It has been such a joy to see how this family has all worked super hard to make Hill Country Lake Escape a true paradise. It’s gorgeous! The stars are super bright at night. The sunsets are gorgeous and it’s so peaceful. The owners are amazing & do anything to ensure you are 100% taken care of. There are several things to entertain the family on site but lots close too. Binnie Burgers Food Truck is yummy (we had them deliver to property). The winery manager (who said he is always there) is hilarious and it is seriously 3 minutes up the road!! Highly recommend this place for SO many reasons. Buchanan Lake Village area is beautiful too. Their beach entry and park area is perfect for adults and/or kids. Really appreciated this outing the owner took us on. They have huge picnic tables, a gazebo, shallow enough water to pull in a chair and bathrooms. Can fish there too. We will definitely be back to this property - I am sure of it!

Love, love, love what you have done. Wow! You guys have worked so hard! So enjoyed the water right off the property today. Fishing was fun. Gorgeous and relaxing. Much needed lake day. Thank you for thinking of everything! We love it here!! We will be back.

My family has been lucky enough to explore Hill Country Lake Escape a few times now. During the summer we took advantage of the lake with easy access for floating, fishing and boating. In the winter we took long walks around the property, explored country roads and built the best bonfires to stay warm under the stars that shine amazingly bright!
The cabins are so warm and welcoming with all the conveniences of home. We cannot wait to stay in the Pink Lady next! We also loved how close the winery was and the kids loved the ice cream down the road!

I have loved watching what this amazing family has done to make this place so incredible. Everything about it is inviting. Everyone around the lake escape and the local businesses are so friendly. The hosts are simply amazing! Can’t say enough great things.

Peaceful and convenient getaway in the Texas Hill Country! Always clean and comfortable and the hosts aren’t happy unless you’re happy! Highly recommend!
